Calling all City, Town and Community Councillors and Clerks – Your views on the challenges facing your residents and communities are wanted.

Pembrokeshire County Council’s 2023 City, Town and Community Council Member and Clerk questionnaire is now live and all are encouraged to get involved.

Cabinet member for Improvement and Communities Cllr Neil Prior said: “The survey aims to provide a snapshot of what it is like to be on or serving a City, Town or Community Council in 2023, identifying opportunities and challenges for the future that we can work on together.

“It is intended to be completed by you as individuals, not on behalf of your Council and the more responses we get the better, so please encourage everyone in your Council to take part.

“A report will be produced from the results so please be open and honest in your responses.

“As a community councillor myself, I recognise the important role that we can play in shaping and representing our communities, so it really does matter that we hear your views.”

Later in the year the report will be shared with all Councillors via Clerks and the findings will be discussed at future Working Better Together meetings.

The questionnaire should only take around 15 minutes to complete, with the closing date March 31st, and is available on the Pembrokeshire County Council website, where hard copies are available to download or they can be provided by your Clerk.
