Datganiad ar y cyd gan Bartneriaid Partneriaeth Diogelwch Cymunedol Sir Benfro - Cefnogi cymunedau Sir Benfro drwy wasanaethau dibynadwy

The organisations that make up the Pembrokeshire Community Safety Partnership are committed to supporting residents, particularly those who may be vulnerable due to age, disability, poor health, financial hardship or other personal circumstances.

We recognise that people may seek additional help and support during periods of challenging weather, personal crisis, social isolation or other difficult situations. At such times, it is important that residents are aware of the range of trusted and established services available across Pembrokeshire.

A network of statutory, voluntary and community organisations work together throughout the county to provide advice, support and practical assistance. These services operate within recognised safeguarding, governance and data protection frameworks and can connect individuals with the most appropriate help for their circumstances.

Residents seeking support, or those who are concerned about a friend, neighbour or family member, are encouraged to contact the Pembrokeshire Community Hub.

The Pembrokeshire Community Hub is committed to supporting residents, particularly those who may be vulnerable due to age, disability, poor health, financial hardship or other personal circumstances.  The safety and wellbeing of Pembrokeshire residents remain our priority. Partner organisations will continue to work together to support communities, promote resilience and ensure that vulnerable individuals can access the help they need from trusted sources.

We would also encourage individuals to exercise caution when sharing personal information and to ensure they understand how their information will be used and protected.
