The declaration of The Havens Pembrokeshire County Council by-election was made by Returning Officer Will Bramble on October 10th.
The candidate with the most votes and elected County Councillor for the ward is Nick Neumann (Welsh Conservative).
The Havens ward area includes Broad Haven, Talbenny, Roch and Newgale.
